Your right to personal security and control over your own life is a core pillar of Freedom Space. You own your data and your experience:
Data Collected: We only collect the information you explicitly provide to us (such as your account details, profile inputs, and posts). We do not collect hidden telemetry, track your activity across the web, or collect background personal data.
Data Usage: Your data is used strictly to power your user experience on the platform. Freedom Space will NEVER sell, share, trade, or monetize your personal data or user content under any circumstances.
Data Retention & Standard Deletion: When you choose to delete your account or standard content, it is removed from public view and permanently deleted from our active user database.
Safety Preservation Exception: To protect individual safety and comply with lawful obligations, content flagged for severe policy violations (such as direct physical threats or severe illegal acts), or data subject to valid law enforcement preservation orders, may be temporarily retained in isolated administrative audit logs prior to final purge.
Personal Controls & Export Rights: You maintain full control over what you see on this platform through your personal settings, as well as who is allowed to view your posts, profile, and shared information. You have the complete right to change, update, export, or request permanent account deletion at any time.
Account Recovery & Contact Info: Providing an email address or phone number is entirely optional.
However, if you choose not to set up a valid recovery email or phone number, automated account recovery will be unavailable.
If you lose access to your account without recovery information, you must manually contact Freedom Support at

and recovery of your account access is not guaranteed.

To balance open expression with user safety, Freedom Space utilizes asynchronous automated tools—including locally hosted artificial intelligence models—to audit content for severe safety violations (such as direct threats of violence, doxxing, or malicious activity).
All safety auditing is performed entirely within our private infrastructure.
Your posts and private data are NEVER shared with, transmitted to, or processed by third-party external AI services or outside cloud providers.

You have the right to speak, create, and interact freely on Freedom Space.
Because we believe in true personal freedom, we keep monitoring, content moderation, and censorship to an absolute minimum required for safety and legality.
However, freedom comes with responsibility. You are completely and solely responsible for everything you post, upload, say, or share.
Freedom Space does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for user content.
If you post something that causes harm, breaks a valid law, or results in legal trouble,
you alone bear full legal and personal liability for your actions.

To protect the personal security and constitutional rights of all users, you may not use Freedom Space to:
Post content that directly threatens physical harm or violence against anyone.
Share non-consensual private information of others (doxxing).
Infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property of others.
Attempt to hack, damage, spam, or disable the platform or another user's account.

Freedom Space is dedicated to protecting human freedom, open dialogue, and personal rights.
We formally adopt the United States Constitution—and the freedoms guaranteed in its Bill of Rights—as our core set of values.
Everything we build and every rule we make is guided by these founding principles.

Freedom Space is built on constitutional principles, but we are not above the law.
We will follow and enforce any local, state, or federal law,
provided that the law does NOT violate the rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.
If a legal request or law respects constitutional boundaries, we will comply with it.
7.
Freedom Space is intended for users who are at least 17 years of age.
By creating an account or using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account or access to Freedom Space at any time,
without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in illegal acts, or compromise the safety and integrity of the platform.

You retain full ownership of the content you create and post on Freedom Space.
However, by posting content, you grant Freedom Space a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display,
and technically format your content solely for the purpose of operating and displaying the service to you and other users according to your privacy settings.

If you interact with external links, embedded third-party media, or outside services hosted off of Freedom Space,
those third-party services operate under their own independent privacy policies and data practices.

Freedom Space respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that any content hosted on Freedom Space infringes upon your copyright,
please submit a notice of copyright infringement to our administration detailing the copyrighted work,
the exact location (URL) of the infringing material, and your contact information.

We employ standard industry precautions and secure encryption to safeguard your data.
However, because no digital storage system or internet transmission is entirely impenetrable,
you acknowledge that you use the service and store data on the platform at your own risk.

Freedom Space is provided to you as-is and as-available.
While we work hard to keep the platform online and secure,
we cannot guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
You use Freedom Space at your own risk.

Freedom Space acts as an interactive computer service provider. Under applicable law (including Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act),
Freedom Space is not the publisher or speaker of any user-generated content and cannot be held legally liable for statements, media, or actions posted by its users.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Freedom Space, its operators, and host providers from and against any claims, liabilities,
damages, losses, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your posted content, or your violation of these terms or applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Ohio.

If we update or change these Terms of Use, we will notify you by updating the text on this page.
